Delighted to share that I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) badge. For those who are not familiar with ACC – it’s an international benchmark for coaches provided by International Coaching Federation.
I started the process in September 2021 and I chose a path of ICF ACC protofolio application. To gain ACC badge I had to complete certain educational and experience milestones such as:
- Coach Training (60+ hours)
- Coaching experience (100+ hours) – that was easy as I have over 270h by now
- Provide a sample of my coaching session (recroding and transcript), once the ICF validated all the above I scheduled an exam
- Pass ICF exam (81 questions based on case studies) demonstrating the knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching
