Bio – Missing Jigsaw Business Coaching

In a search for a work life balance I left my beloved Dublin and moved to Annecy, France (2015). Before coming to France I worked in HR and PM for 9 years in Ireland & Canada. Then I worked for 3 years in Learning in Geneva and I am currently a business coach and visiting lecturer at Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva, where I teach in French and English.

ICF_Member EWA DURAJ I coach in English, French and Polish. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Practice.

I also provide workshops on a range of topics from Emotional Intelligence, Business Culture, Team Dynamics to Psychological Safety.

I am a job coach volunteer at Powercoders and a member of Leanin Lake Geneva Group.

In my private time I hike in the surrounding mountains, practice Bikram yoga, learn about French heritage and listen to audiobooks, mainly personal development books and crime novels. I’m passionate about coaching, positive psychology, latest technologies, history and travel. I am a happy wife and mum of Alice (born in 2021).
