Bio – Missing Jigsaw

In a search for a work life balance I left my beloved Dublin and moved to Annecy, France (2015). Before coming to France I worked in HR and PM for 9 years in Ireland & Canada. Then I worked for 3 years in Learning in Geneva in Programme Management. Currently, in addition to running Missing Jigsaw, I work as a freelance part-time learning consultant for a luxury multinational, a business coach at Better Coach and a visiting lecturer at Haute Ecole de Gestion, where I deliver a Leading yourself course every autumn semester.

I am an Associate Certified Coach and I am a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Practice (CIPD). I coach in English, French and Polish.

I also provide workshops on a range of topics from Emotional Intelligence, Business Culture, Team Dynamics to Psychological Safety. I work also on learning projects for corporate clients designing their training courses and learning paths for staff using my instructional design and PM skills.

I was a volunteer job coach volunteer at Powercoders and currently I am a mentor for USpring and a member of Leanin Lake Geneva Group where I support other women in thier careers.

In my private time I hike or ski in the surrounding mountains, practice Bikram yoga, learn about French heritage and listen to audiobooks, mainly personal development books and crime novels. I’m passionate about coaching, positive psychology, latest technologies, history and travel. I am a happy wife and mum of Alice (born in 2021).
