I attended the HR and Learning Technologies event in Paris, focusing on trends in people development and the future of work. It was inspiring to see the integration of technology and human-centred approaches. Networking with professionals reinforced my belief in growth, adaptability, and community in fostering impactful learning experiences.
This weekend, I hosted a Vision Board Session for local mums, focusing on their aspirations for the year. Participants reflected on what they want more of, less of, and their desired feelings. Using Canva, they created vision boards that clarified their goals and values, fostering intention in their personal and professional lives.
The “Leading Yourself” course for IBM HEG students concluded with a guest lecture by Yohan Cassus from CERN, focusing on recruitment challenges in Geneva. Key topics included job search strategies, crafting sales pitches, CV writing, LinkedIn use, and interview prep. Thanks to Yohan for his insights and the students for their engagement.
