I had a privilage to deliver a workshop on uilding Resilience and Motivation for the Job Search today at Haute Ecole de Gestion.

I loved the motivation and curiosity in the room today! 💚💙💜
We had a fantastic mix of current students and recent alumni, all eager to strengthen their resilience and optimism in the job search and explore how to shape their careers with confidence 💪✨️

Together, we dove into job search strategies, self-coaching tools, and some eye-opening data and stats on recruitment trends 📊 A great way to start the week! 😊

About the workshop:

Duration: 1.5 h

Learning objectives:

  1. Recognize the emotional side of job search
    • Understand common challenges (uncertainty, rejection, self-doubt).
    • Identify their own stress triggers and resilience resources.
