I will have a pleasure to deliver two hands on sessions for my students in Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025 (location: Bat B, room B2.21).
Career Planning (13-14:30) workshop will allow HEG students to project themselves in the future and build a strategic plan for their early career. The workshop will also allow them to verbalize thier career aspirations and learn from other students. We will use a coaching tool for career planning that will help students gain clarity on what they want to achieve & support them in developing necessary resilience for the job search.
A survival guide to networking (15-16:30) will give students the understanding of how to network and what are the benefits of networking. They will have a chance to explore what networking is for them and hear other students’ perspectives. The objective is to walk away with a personalised networking plan that will support them in their early careers. Our Special guest, Tatiana Rueff, will share tips on how to leverage Linkedin in your networking strategy.
HEG Students can sign up HERE.
These workshops are based on the “Leading yourself” program that I deliver in the autumn semester to the 1st and 2nd year of students in then International Business Management program. “Leading yourself” course aims to increase students’ self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation and to help them plan and create sustainable careers.

Sessions are free of charge for HEG students and will be delivered in English.
