About me

In a search for a work life balance I left my beloved Dublin and moved to Annecy, France (2015). Before coming to France I worked in HR and PM for 9 years in Ireland & Canada. Then I worked for 3 years in Learning in Geneva and I am currently a business coach and visiting lecturer at Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva, where I teach in French and English. 

In my business coaching practice I specialise in:

I am an Associate Certified Coach and I am a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Practice (CIPD). I coach in English, French and Polish.

I also provide workshops on a range of topics from Emotional Intelligence, Business Culture, Team Dynamics to Psychological Safety.

I am a job coach volunteer at Powercoders and a member of Leanin Lake Geneva Group where I support other women in thier careers.
